Founded by Dean Wolsey in 1979, West-Pem Holdings Ltd. has always been a family owned and operated organization. With corporate head quarters located in Drayton Valley, Alberta, West-Pem Holdings Ltd. has progressed into a province wide organization.

Starting with Oil Field Maintenance, West-Pem has expanded it's boundaries to include:
